Multiplex PCR melting curve technology can be used to simultaneously and rapidly detect the resistance of Mycobacterium tuberculosis to the first-line drug isoniazid (detecting katG and inhA genes) and the important second-line drug fluoroquinolones (detecting gyrA gene), and the whole process from nucleic acid extraction to result interpretation can be completed within 2 hours.
