Background overview
Rocgene provides a total solution for the detection of residual DNA in the host, including sample pretreatment equipment and kits, residual DNA detection kits, fluorescence quantitative PCR instruments and operation analysis software that meets the requirements of 21 CFR Part 11. At present, there are 4 kits including CHO, E.coli, Vero and Pichia pastoris, which can be used for residual DNA detection of biological products such as antibodies, recombinant proteins and vaccines.
