Application Requirements
Economic animal diseases (such as infectious pancreatic necrosis, foot-and-mouth disease, African swine fever, brucellosis, avian influenza, etc.) are important public health problems that threaten human health and the development of animal farming. Early detection and real-time monitoring of such diseases are of great significance for epidemic prevention and control, public health security and economic loss control of breeding. However, traditional laboratory testing methods are inefficient and complex, and cannot meet the needs of rapid on-site testing and large-scale monitoring.

Point-of-Care Testing (POCT) Solution - iFIND
Sample Processing: Built-in ultrasonic combined with chemical lysis + high-efficiency microfiltration membrane purification.
System Preparation: Fully enclosed cartridge with preloaded lyophilized reagents and fully automated system preparation.

Sample Processing: High-purity nucleic acid is extracted from samples (e.g., nasopharyngeal swabs, oropharyngeal swabs) using fully automated nucleic acid extractor, improving the sensitivity and reliability of subsequent detection.
System Preparation: Manual preparation of detection system or use of Rocgene lyophilized ready-to-use reagents.
Detection Results: Real-time fluorescent quantitative PCR instrument combined with multiplex PCR technology supports amplification and melting curve analysis, standard equipped with 4-color fluorescence and 16/96 throughput, enabling rapid detection of samples with various throughputs.
Mobile Detection Solution - ArchiSuit/Archimed Mini Pro Detection Backpack
Sample Processing: High-purity nucleic acid is extracted from samples (e.g., nasopharyngeal swabs, oropharyngeal swabs) using 16/32 throughput fully automated nucleic acid extractor, improving the sensitivity and reliability of subsequent detection.
System Preparation: Manual preparation of detection system or use of Rocgene lyophilized ready-to-use reagents.

Success Cases

Scenario: A large-scale pig breeding enterprise conducts daily environmental monitoring of common diseases to avoid economic losses and control daily breeding risks.


Requirements: The molecular detection laboratory of the breeding enterprise has limited professionalism, and the current platform suffers from severe contamination with high false positive rate of detection results.
