1. Master's degree or above in molecular biology, pathogenic microbiology, basic medicine, laboratory medicine and other related majors.

2. Proficient in various technologies related to molecular biology, and have a deep understanding of market and technology trends.

3. More than 3 years of experience in the development or management of molecular diagnostic reagents.

4. Positive work attitude and strong ability to find and solve problems.

5. Those with certain experience in molecular diagnostic reagent development and production approval are preferred.
