1. Bachelor or master's degree, experience in PCR reagent research and development in IVD industry, research on the performance of PCR reagent components, and familiar with reagent preparation. Molecular biology, genetics, immunology, medicine, microbiology and other life science-related majors, or have relevant experience.

2. Strong experimental ability and communication skills, serious and responsible work.
